Our Legacy of Family
The Jones and Siler families have a long history in Western North Carolina.
The very first family meeting took place in 1853. The family has met every single year since then, with no interruptions. The Siler Family Meeting in Franklin, NC is believed to be the longest running family reunion in the United States.
Known historically as "The House at the Foot of the Hill, the Siler-Jones house is now in the capable hands of Mainspring Conservation Trust which is now working to repair, restore, and preserve this culturally significant property. Click here to read about it!
